National Dress Up Your Pet Day, an “unofficial” national holiday,  was founded in 2009 by Celebrity Pet Lifestyle Expert and Animal Behaviorist, Colleen Paige.
Some pets like to get dressed up, others want nothing to do with it. Make something for them to wear or, go to a pet store and buy an outfit, but keep your pet’s comfort level in mind when involving him/her in this fun day
