May 14 is a big holiday for little dogs everywhere, well more specifically to our friends the Chihuahua. We have been celebrating International Chihuahua Appreciation Day since 2010 thanks to the Internet. It all started with one dog, Teaka, a Chihuahua owned by a woman named Nadia Alterio who operates famouschihuahua.com when she declared the day on Teaka’s fourteenth birthday.
