Frozen Berry Hearts
Ingredients:
Plain yogurt
Fresh strawberries or blueberries
Heart-shaped silicone mold
Instructions:
Puree the fresh strawberries or blueberries in a blender until smooth.
Fill each heart-shaped cavity in the silicone mold halfway with the berry puree.
Top off each cavity with plain yogurt, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
Place the silicone mold in the freezer and freeze until solid, about 2-3 hours.
Once frozen, pop the berry yogurt hearts out of the mold and serve to your pup as a refreshing and healthy Valentine's Day treat.

A simple fun treat for you and your dog are frozen banana slices. All you need to do is place parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Cut 1 medium banana into 1/4 inch slices. Place slices on cookie sheet.
Put the cookie sheet in freezer for 2 to 3 hours. I like to place a small dollop of peanut butter on top and sever to the furkids. Yeah and one for me.

I know the month is almost over, but you can still make some yummy soup for your pup.
My Dog’s Chicken Soup
3 chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces or unseasoned chicken leftovers
1/4 cup chopped carrots
16 oz of chicken broth (low sodium, best if homemade)
1/2 cup chopped sweet potato
1 cups of water
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 cups brown rice (uncooked)
** Please avoid onion they are poisonous to dogs. Also never give your dog chicken bones.
Put it all the ingredients a crock pot and let it cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Let cool completely to room temperature before severing to your fur kids.
